"Saying Good-bye" is one of the most difficult experiences known to humanity and we are deeply sensitive to the complexities that surround this profound time for everyone facing end-of-life care.  Every hospice is unique and offers various levels of services and we are humbled yet proud to say, testimonies confirm Hospice of North Central Oklahoma, Inc. and the Higher Ground Center for Loss & Education provides a wider range of services, as well as an unusually high level of personalized and compassionate care to all we are privileged to journey with during the days, weeks and months of hospice care and "how ever long it takes" as we face each day in the wilderness of grief.

As the only not-for-profit, freestanding and community-owned hospice organization serving Kay County, parts of Grant, Noble and Osage Counties for the past 29 years, we provide all hospice and bereavement services at no expense to the patient, their family and those from the community receiving bereavement care.
