Hospice of North Central Oklahoma recognizes death as a natural process in life’s journey. Hospice addresses the physical, emotional and spiritual aspects of life. Our staff and volunteers work to minimize the pain, stress, fear and isolation which the patient and family frequently encounter. Hospice Care neither hastens nor postpones death, but affirms life. Focus is on comfort care, when a cure is not an option. Hospice and Palliative Care emphasizes the comfort and control of symptoms in a person’s life as the prognosis is measured in months, not years.
