The holiday season can be difficult for individuals and families who have experienced the death of someone they love.  Surviving the Holidays Seminars is a structured educational opportunity that focuses on:

* Ways to honor your loved one and remember them at this special holiday season
* Talk about the empty chair (Do you set a place or leave it empty)
* Holiday Traditions (What was meaning and significant for you and your family)
