The Auditorium
Just a block off 14th street, nestled between restaurants, motes and a busy shopping area is the Carolyn Renfro Event Center. Completed in 2015, this event center provides a large auditorium with a seating capacity of more than 300 with a beautifully appointed lobby and a 26 ft x 13.6 ft stage. The venue features new audio and video equipment as well as a large media screen.
Room Dimensions - 58’ x 52’, 3016 total sq ft. Can accommodate 21 round tables with 8 chairs that will seat 168 people, or seat 300 with chairs only setting.
Ryan's Chapel
Ryan’s Chapel, 32.5 X 21 ft., is located on the east side of the building opposite the Carolyn Renfro Event Center. Lovely stain glass windows from the original church building grace the west side of the room. The ceiling is vaulted on one side lifting the eyes upward and creating a sense of space. Lyptus wood, a renewable resource, was used for the paneling and brings warmth to this setting. Original art donated by Carey and Danny Head enhance the interior creating place of serenity and peace. This chapel has been used for weddings and memorial services. However, a portable monitor and data terminals allow this room to be used for meetings as well.
Room Dimensions - 31’ x 20’, 620 total sq ft. Holds 40 black cloth chairs.
Evan's Fireside Room
Conveniently located between the caterer’s kitchen and east entrance, the Evans Fireside Room, 40 X 28 ft, is an ideal place for club meetings, family reunions, wedding and baby showers, receptions, and any other event of less than 100 people. Among its many amenities are a beautiful fireplace centered among lovely wood stained bookcases, a 55” monitor and data terminals. This room has lots of ambiance and is utilized frequently.
Room Dimensions - 40’6” x 33’, 1340 total sq ft. Can hold up to 9 round tables with 8 chairs that will seat 72 people, or 10 - 4’x 2’ tables that can seat up to 30 people.
Meeting Room
This is a perfect quiet spot for company or organizational meetings of 20 or fewer individuals. This space has been used for planning meetings, software training, and leadership development. Room is equipped with data terminals and a 55" monitor.
Room Dimensions - 19’8” x 21’ and is 416 total sq ft.
