Your Hospice Team
The Hospice care team is comprised of physicians, nurses, hospice aides, social workers, chaplains, volunteers, and allied therapists, who provide physical, emotional, and spiritual care on an intermittent basis and work closely with the patient's physician to give the best symptom control possible, while teaching the family to care for their loved one. The Administration team provides support and assistance to the Care Team.
